I hope everyone had a good one. Here they are:

First is little Sparkle, the very first bear I've made using long pile fabric. Made using Grey Frosted Long Pile and White Ultrasuede, oynx bead eyes, completely thread jointed and stuffed with polyester filling. He stands about 3" tall. Inspired my little bear that Mumka made, she was a great help to me while making my very first bear, so thanks Mumka :)
Soon to be available at my Etsy Shop

Second is Frost, also made using Grey Frosted Long Pile and White Ultrasuede, oynx bead eyes, completely thread jointed and stuffed with polyester filling. He stands about 3" tall. I tried new needle sculpting techniques on this bear, I am quite pleased with his defined nose, although I would be changing this if I make another bear from the same pattern.
Soon to be available at my Etsy Shop

Last but not least is Pea, I finished him last night. He's made with Brown Frosted Long Pile and Brown Ultrasuede, oynx bead eyes, completely thread jointed and stuffed with polyester filling. He stands about 2.75" tall. His eyes amuse me, kind of frog like, but I kind of like it :) I have plans to make one similar but I will have to adjust my pattern, his feet came out too big for my liking, still cute though.
He was inspired by Andrea from Brewers Bruins, she gave me some tips on scissor sculpting, so thank you Andrea :)

If you are interested in purchasing a bear before they are available on etsy, please just leave a comment or message me through flickr, whichever.

Have a good week! =)

All set to go

 All set to go
Originally uploaded by sarahr2810
My very first miniature teddy that I've sold has now gone and is hopefully at his new home by now.
His name is Jack and he is made from Vintage rayon in a caramel colour, and has cashmere feel foot pads. He stands 3" tall, and is fully thread jointed. Jack left with his own little quilt to keep him warm, pillow (not pictured), mini teddy and birth certificate.
I really enjoyed making this little fellow and I think the teddy making bug has got a hold on me.
Can't wait to make some more :)
